Campaigns · Chazz.ai

Campaign mode on Chazz.ai: a persistent world with its own map, cast and history, where what you did last week is still true this week and actions have consequences the world remembers.

A campaign on Chazz.ai is a persistent world rather than a conversation: it has places you can return to, a cast that remembers you, and state that survives between sessions, so an action taken in one session is still true in the next.

What a campaign adds

  • A world scaffold: places, factions and a history that exists before you arrive and continues without you.
  • Non-player characters with their own branch of the conversation, so talking to one is a real exchange rather than a narrated summary.
  • Compound actions. "I search the room, then follow the corridor" resolves as the two things it is.
  • Consequence. Whatever you broke stays broken.

How it relates to the rest

A campaign is built from the same four pieces as everything else: characters, scenarios, modifiers and lore packs. A lore pack is where a campaign's world knowledge lives, which is why a large world costs nothing until the conversation touches it.

Questions

Can Chazz.ai run a long campaign?
Yes. Campaign mode keeps a persistent world with places, a cast and state that survive between sessions, so actions have consequences later.
