The assistant, bug reports, support tickets, and how to report a piece of content.

The support dialog has three ways in, and they go to different places.

The assistant is fastest for "how do I" and "what does this cost". Use a ticket when something needs a decision or a change to your account.

  • Assistant: Answers usage questions from these docs: where things live, what something costs, why an option is not showing. Limited to a number of messages per session.
  • Bug report: For something that is broken. Include a severity and what you were doing when it happened.
  • Support ticket: For anything a human needs to look at: billing, account access, an appeal.

Reporting content

Individual characters, scenarios, modifiers, lore packs, stories and images can be reported from the item itself. Reports go to a moderation queue where a person reviews them and can re-rate, unpublish, or pin a rating so it cannot be changed back. See Content ratings and moderation.

What to include

  • What you expected and what happened instead.
  • The page you were on, and the exact name of the character, story or item.
  • Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
  • For anything about credits: what you did, and what your balance was before and after.
