The three moderation verdicts
Source: worker/src/routes/admin.ts:191-193. See Content ratings and moderation for how the automatic screening interacts with a pinned rating.
- Approve as safe: Sets the item to safe and clears any pinned rating, so the automatic screening governs it again from the next save.
- Mark as restricted: Sets the item to restricted and pins it, so the creator cannot re-save their way back to safe.
- Remove: Sets it to restricted, pins the rating, and unpublishes it.
